Job summary

Digisourced. seeks an experienced Payroll Manager for a strategic assignment in Stockholm to lead end-to-end payroll in a Swedish environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing process digitalisation.

You will oversee a payroll team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Rewards, and external providers to align systems and data flows for long-term development.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on expertise in Swedish end-to-end payroll and local legislation.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in the Swedish language.
• Strong background in payroll systems, integrations, and transformation initiatives (SAP and HRM-related payroll flows are highly advantageous).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior payroll specialists through change and operational complexity.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills using payroll data to mitigate risks.
