Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a consultant in payment-related projects.
• Ability to manage and support project team members.
• Proven experience of delivery techniques and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute change projects from current state to target solution.
• Manage allocated resources and provide progress reporting.
• Actively engage and manage key stakeholders.

Skills

Understanding of card/payments products and its eco-system

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to drive business & technical projects end to end

Experience in transformation and business readiness

Fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
