Arrive is transforming urban mobility by enabling faster, smoother payments across its platforms. The Payments Operations Analyst will optimize merchant account configurations, partner with Adyen and other processors, and drive automation to scale geographic expansion.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable payment flows across regions. Based in Stockholm, you will help reduce manual onboarding, monitor payment performance, and contribute to incident

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a payments operations or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways and merchant account architectures.
• Experience configuring merchant onboarding via API-driven processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot payment routing, gateway failovers and certificate expirations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and onboard new merchant accounts across Adyen and gateways.
• Monitor liquidity and reserve funding for daily processing.
• Coordinate with processors (PayPal, Amex) and ensure compliance.
• Analyze payment data to identify inefficiencies and trends.
• Prepare regular reports on payment operations performance.
• Assist in incident resolution and root-cause analysis of payment issues.
• Maintain payment operation documentation and onboarding templates.
• Support US payment infrastructure projects during rapid deployments.
