Job summary

Skåne Aviation is looking for a dedicated Passenger Service Agent / Cabin Crew Member to help build a new regional airline at Malmö Airport. You will be responsible for providing safety and high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive travel experience from check-in to onboard.

This role combines ground operations and flight duties, requiring excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. A valid Cabin Crew Medical Certificate and the ability to reach Malmö Airport within 90 minutes are essential.

Skåne Aviation is establishing its own ground handling operations at Malmö Airport, and we're looking for dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team in a unique combined role. This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to help build a new regional airline from the ground up.

Aircraft: Saab 2000. Additional aircraft will enter service from August 31, 2026.

About the Role

As a Passenger Service Agent / Cabin Crew Member, you'll be one of Skåne Aviation's most important ambassadors. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, professional, and positive travel experience for our passengers while contributing to the efficient operation of flights both on the ground and onboard. This is a combined ground operations and flying position—meaning no two days are the same. You'll interact with people in a variety of situations and work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, initiative, and professionalism are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities

• Ground Operations:
  • Check-in and customer service at the airport.
  • Staffing the customer service center.
  • Assisting passengers with inquiries and disruptions.
  • Working with booking and information systems.
  • Supporting the flight crew with operational needs.
  • Performing duties such as catering replenishment and pre-departure preparations.
  • Ensuring all procedures and operational instructions are followed.
• Onboard:
  • Ensuring passenger safety and security throughout the flight.
  • Conducting safety demonstrations and following all applicable procedures.
  • Delivering high‑quality customer service from boarding to landing.
  • Handling onboard sales when required.
  • Creating a welcoming and professional cabin environment.

What We're Looking For

• Has good computer skills and is comfortable with booking systems.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys taking responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in airport, travel, or customer service operations.
• Experience with booking or check‑in systems.
• Experience in customer service or operational support.
• At least 1 year of Cabin Crew experience.
• Experience in Single Cabin Crew Operations (an advantage).
• Valid Cabin Crew Medical Certificate.
• Maximum practical height: 175 cm.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to reach Malmö Airport within 90 minutes.
