Job description

Take Your Career Further – Experienced Cabin Crew Wanted in Stockholm. Are you an experienced Cabin Crew professional ready to elevate your career with one of Europe's most dynamic airlines? Norwegian is looking for skilled, service‑minded individuals to join our Stockholm team for our November training courses. For the right candidates, this isn't just another role—it's a pathway to step directly into a Senior Cabin Crew position after successfully passing our senior evaluation.

More Than a Uniform. More Than a Job. At Norwegian, we believe that what happens behind the uniform truly matters. Our cabin crew aren't just service professionals—they’re nurses, psychologists, nannies, chefs, and security guards, often all within a single flight. Behind every uniform, there are people ready to step up when it matters most. Yes, this job comes with long days, shift work, weekends, and public holidays. You'll encounter every kind of situation imaginable at 30,000 feet. But you'll also walk away knowing that your presence, your calm, and your care made someone's journey safer and more memorable.

You’ll Love This Role If
  • You thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments where no two days look the same.
  • You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
  • You stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet when things don't go as planned.
  • You bring positivity to every interaction and love being part of a close‑knit team.
  • You’re genuinely excited by the adventure of travel and new experiences.
  • You’re willing to work a rotating schedule that includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating as Cabin Crew (essential).
  • A clean criminal record.
  • Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
  • A valid medical certificate or the ability to obtain one.
  • An unrestricted European passport offering visa‑free entry to our destinations.
  • A valid work permit for Sweden.
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring.
  • At least 20 years old.
  • At least 160 cm tall or able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Able to swim.
  • Preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Living within 90 minutes of Stockholm base or willing to relocate.
  • No tattoos on your face or neck—any tattoos on your hands or behind your ear must not exceed 1.5 cm in size.
  • Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent education. In some cases, relevant service industry experience can compensate for formal schooling.
If Selected, You’ll Need to Obtain
  • An approved medical certificate, including intoxication and alcohol testing.
  • An approved background check to secure your admission card.
  • Successful completion of our full training course.
What Awaits You at Norwegian
  • A competitive salary that reflects your experience and dedication.
  • Comprehensive pension and insurance schemes for peace of mind.
  • Supportive, caring colleagues in a genuinely dynamic work environment.
  • Opportunities to travel across Europe with exclusive employee‑priced tickets.
  • A chance to innovate, grow, and make a real impact within an international company.
Senior Cabin Crew Opportunity

For experienced candidates who demonstrate exceptional leadership and service skills during our evaluation process, there is a unique opportunity to step directly into a Senior Cabin Crew position. This is your chance to take the next step in your career and grow with a company that values experience and dedication.
