Job summary
Datadog is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to enable and enable Datadog’s partner ecosystem worldwide. You will work with the Director of Partner Solutions Architects, supporting cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation for partners.
We value a strong technical background with 10–15 years in partner-facing roles and a passion for learning. This hybrid role offers collaboration across product, engineering, and services to ensure partner success.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
- 10–15 years in customer- or partner-facing technical roles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate value from technical to executive audiences.
- Ability to influence and drive technical outcomes with partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partner teams.
- Collaborate to support partner initiatives like demos and proofs of value.
