Job summary

M-Files is seeking a PartnerOperations Manager to optimize the Partner Sales Organization, bridging strategy and execution across processes, data, and tools to enable partner teams worldwide.

You will design scalable partner workflows, manage CRM and partner systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to align GTM strategy with operations while driving AI-forward initiatives and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Proven experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of software partner models, sales processes and GTM strategy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
• Proficiency in AI, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Executive to deliver partner revenue targets, including forecast and QBR cadence.
• Lead design and execution of scalable partner processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI-forward and agentic systems, processes and reporting.
• Manage CRM and Partner systems; ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
• Support partner program development, MDF management, and partner governance.
• Define and implement partner territory planning, quota setting, and compensation models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across home and partner markets.
• Identify process improvements to boost partner sales productivity.
• Coordinate with Deal Desk and Marketing Ops to streamline Lead-to-PO processes.
