Job summary

Raw Fury AB is seeking a part-time IT Technician based in Stockholm to support a team of 35 in-house and 25 remote. You will manage core IT systems, ensure security practices, and enable smooth meetings and collaboration tools.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Asana, Confluence, Slack, and AI tooling, plus a proactive, friendly support attitude. On-site presence at the House of Fury is expected two days per week with flexibility for remote work where possible.

Qualifications

• Solid Google Workspace admin experience including access control and group management.
• Hands-on user provisioning and permission management in Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
• Experience with admin of AI platforms, token budgets, and connectors.
• Comfort with firewalls, network infrastructure, servers, and NAS environments.
• Calm, methodical troubleshooting approach and prompt problem solving.
• Excellent communication and service-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace with admin access, policies, and org structure.
• Provision users and manage permissions in Asana, Confluence, and Slack.
• Admin AI tooling: tokens, connectors, and responsible usage.
• Maintain firewalls, servers, and NAS equipment as part of routine.
• Set up hardware and meeting rooms; keep hardware inventory accurate.
• Provide friendly IT support for day-to-day needs and guidance.
• Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices and data handling.
• Offer technical training and guidance when needed.
