Job summary

About the position

Develop, manage, integrate, and support internal tools such as Google Workspace (Gemini), GCP, Lumos, Slack, Github, Jira, and Claude. Write integrations/automations primarily in Go, hosted in Cloud Run.

Manage GCP infrastructure via Terraform, write/update MCP servers in Python, evaluate new application requests, assist staff in using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini effectively, analyze internal processes, suggest and implement automations and improvements, provide support to colleagues within IT and related departments (HR, Security, Office Services), and write documentation for users and internal use.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written, able to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience coding for automation and integration: Go preferred; Python, Apps Script, Bash, PowerShell, and others also appreciated.
• 3–5 years of IT support experience, including advanced application support and integrations with systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Github.
• Enjoys helping others and has a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive by nature and thrives in a fast‑paced working environment.
• Versatile mindset, able to think outside the box and re‑prioritize as needed.

This is a full‑time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
