Job summary

Justera Group AB is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator in Stockholm to architect a cohesive tech suite focusing on security and efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage systems like Okta and Google Workspace while automating workflows for a frictionless employee experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing identity and access management, lifecycle automation, and device management, as well as collaborating with the security team to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Administration or Systems Operations.
• Deep hands-on experience with Okta or similar iDP.
• Strong command of Google Workspace administration.
• Practical experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Comfortable with DNS, DHCP, TLS/SSL.

Responsibilities

• Own the Okta environment, including SSO, MFA, and workflows.
• Design automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Administer Google Workspace console and security configurations.
• Lead lifecycle management for macOS and iOS devices.
• Partner with security for compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Maintain on-site IT infrastructure and wireless networks.
