Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience with Billing, CRM, Order management, Revenue assurance, and service provisioning, along with strong system integration and troubleshooting capabilities to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing and optimizing BSS/OSS architectures for telecom operators.
• Hands-on knowledge of Billing, CRM, Order management, Revenue assurance, and service provisioning systems.
• Strong background in system integration, troubleshooting and performance optimization within telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of BSS/OSS platforms for telecom operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of BSS systems with OSS platforms and with external vendors.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and implement efficiency enhancements.
