Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Sweden is seeking a skilled professional to design, optimize, and support BSS and OSS platforms for telecom operations. You will lead architecture efforts and coordinate with vendors to ensure robust system performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with Billing, CRM, Order management, Revenue assurance, and service provisioning, along with strong system integration and troubleshooting capabilities to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing and optimizing BSS/OSS architectures for telecom operators.
• Hands-on knowledge of Billing, CRM, Order management, Revenue assurance, and service provisioning systems.
• Strong background in system integration, troubleshooting and performance optimization within telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of BSS/OSS platforms for telecom operations.

Your role

You will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and supporting Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) for the telecommunications industry.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Leading the Design, Architecture, and Implementation of BSS and OSS platforms to support telecom operations.
• Ensuring Seamless Integration of BSS systems with OSS platforms
• Monitoring System performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Conducting Business process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Leading or participating in OSS-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinating with BSS/OSS vendors and service providers for system upgrades, bug fixes, and support.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of BSS-OSS configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Your profile

• Strong expertise in BSS/OSS Architecture, Design, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Billing, CRM, Order management, Revenue assurance, and service provisioning systems.
• Proficiency in System integration, Troubleshooting, and Performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Telecom operations, Regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
