Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Sweden invites an OSS, NOC, SOC Test Specialist to ensure the integrity, reliability, and security of mission-critical telecom services through end-to-end testing. You will collaborate with OSS, NOC, and SOC teams to validate network infrastructure and security controls.

We value experience with telecom protocols (SS7, SIP, MPLS, LTE, 5G), strong documentation, and a proactive mindset. English communication required; Swedish citizenship and security screening apply.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience with network management systems, monitoring, and incident management tools.
• Strong understanding of OSS, NOC, and SOC functions in telecom environments.
• Experience testing telecom protocols and security mechanisms.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing test plans for OSS, NOC, and SOC platforms, including service assurance and service fulfilment.
• Validating end-to-end integrations between OSS/NOC/SOC tools and telecom network elements such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Conducting functional, performance, and security testing of network management, monitoring, and incident handling systems.
• Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity testing, while documenting results and recommending improvements to reliability and security.
