CONMED Corporation in Stockholm is seeking an Orthopaedic Sales Associate to promote our innovative orthopaedic products across the Stockholm territory. You will deliver hands-on product demonstrations, support in operating room and clinical settings, and build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

As a key member of the Nordic Orthopaedic Sales Team, you will drive business growth, provide exceptional service, and ensure regulatory and ethical standards are upheld

Qualifications

  • Degree level education and a full, valid driving licence.
  • Clinical background as OR nurse/Anesthesia nurse/ICU nurse or MedTech sales.
  • High energy, motivation, perseverance, initiative & professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization.
  • Ability to work independently with good decision-making.
  • Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with Orthopaedic surgeons, operating room nurses, sterility staff, medical technicians, and procurement teams.
  • Identify, prospect, and drive sales of CONMED's products within the Orthopaedic portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, setting clear goals to achieve success in your territory.
  • Take full ownership of your region by organising meetings, conducting training sessions, and delivering high-level clinical support in the operating room environment.
  • Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM Platform to effectively manage your sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and reporting on progress.
  • Adhere to and uphold all company policies and regulatory standards.

Job Summary

As an Orthopaedic Sales Associate for CONMED, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our innovative products across a designated territory in Stockholm. You will provide exceptional customer service and hands-on support, conducting product demonstrations and assisting in the operating room and other clinical settings.

As a key member of our Nordic Orthopaedic Sales Team, you will drive business growth, support customer needs, and contribute to the success of our team and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with Orthopaedic surgeons, operating room nurses, sterility staff, medical technicians, and procurement teams.

Person Specification

Education / Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • A full, valid driving licence.

Experience, Skill, knowledge and attributes

  • Has a clinical background as an OR nurse/Anesthesia nurse/ICU nurse or as a physiotherapist, and/or experience within MedTech sales.
  • Has a high level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment & professionalism. Self-driven and a positive mindset.
  • Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and exercise strong decision‑making skills.
  • Exceptional focus and ability to bring tasks to completion.
  • Has a genuine interest in and derives energy from building relationships and networks.
  • Has a strong desire to create value for the customer.
  • Enjoys working in a team and sees collaboration as a key success factor.
  • Can travel and spend time in the district.
  • Has experience with CRM systems.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Salary Range: 502,400 - 620,000 SEK Annual
