Fluent Norwegian, Swedish, and English are required, with 4–5+ years in related roles. Strong Excel skills and SAP experience are a plus in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and English for daily customer interactions.
• 4–5+ years in customer service, order management or supply chain.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with enterprise systems.
• SAP experience is a plus and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer orders from start to finish and ensure accurate processing.
• Support customers with delivery timelines and product availability; offer smart alternatives.
• Proactively follow up on orders and inquiries for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to handle special requests.
• Handle customer claims in QM system and support fast, fair resolution.
