Job summary

Basta is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with restaurant leaders across western sites, driving day-to-day operations, openings and performance while delivering consistent guest experiences.

You will recruit, train and develop teams, monitor KPIs, and travel between sites to support operations directly. This role suits a hands-on leader with a growth mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• GM or Senior AGM or Ops Manager in busy restaurant environments.
• Experience running high-volume units with strong operational results.
• Multi-site or area support experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant KPIs and service standards.
• Hands-on approach to support teams in operations.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Growth mindset and ambition to build something long-term.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant openings and upcoming sites.
• Work with GMs and restaurant teams to improve daily operations and service standards.
• Support recruitment, training and team development across area.
• Follow up on KPIs, operational performance and action plans.
• Help restaurants improve consistency, structure and guest experience.
• Travel between sites and support teams directly when needed.
• Build strong relationships with managers and help them grow into leaders.
