Job summary

RZ HR Studio in Sweden is seeking an experienced Operations lead to bring order to a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand. You will own day-to-day operations, drive structure across teams, and help the business scale while maintaining efficiency.

Ideal candidates have proven operations experience in DTC eCommerce, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and a track record of building SOPs, improving workflows, and partnering with founders or executive leadership to execute on strategic

• Proven experience in an Operations role in the DTC eCommerce space.
• Strong understanding of daily life inside a brand.
• Experience building or significantly improving SOPs.
• Experience managing remote teams and coordinating multiple departments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with founders or executive leadership.

• Create operational structure, accountability, and scalable processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently.
• Improve workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Work closely with leadership on operational planning and execution.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure teams execute against priorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
