Job summary

RZ HR Studio seeks a Head of Operations to scale a fast-growing 8-figure DTC brand. You will take operations off the Founder’s desk, design processes, and build an org capable of operating without daily founder involvement.

You’ll own supply chain, systems, and data reporting, shaping the SOP library, scorecards, and hiring pipelines. Expect a hands-on start with a mission to empower 4–6 functional owners within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations within a physical-product or DTC company
• Direct ownership across supply chain, inventory, 3PL/fulfillment, customer support operations, growth teams
• Documented proof you've built something from zero
• Experience hiring, onboarding, managing, and letting people go
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Notion, spreadsheets, and Claude/AI tooling

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-end operations end-to-end including supply chain, 3PL, fulfillment, and vendor management
• Build and own systems and SOPs; ensure documentation and ownership
• Hire, onboard, build scoring, and train an org; aim for 4–6 functional owners within 12 months
• Own data integrity, weekly leadership reporting, and KPIs like inventory accuracy and stockouts
• Turn decisions into written specs with owner, deadline and definition of done
