Job description

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior Operations Controller on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see finance as both a decision and control function, combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action.

You will take responsibility for work that connects forecasting, KPI analysis and cost drivers, while ensuring that business cases and dashboards receive appropriate discipline. • Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving dashboards.

• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.

• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Experience that would add value

• Experience from multi-site operations or service delivery.

• Exposure to performance dialogue in a cross-functional environment.

• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
