Job summary

ePARK, part of the SKIDATA Group within ASSA ABLOY, invites you to join in Gothenburg, Sweden, as Manager – Operations & Customer Success. Lead daily operations for Delivery, Customer Support, and onboarding, guiding a growing, international team.

You will drive process modernization, own KPIs, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy as the business expands across Europe. Travel within Europe will be regular.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Operations and/or Customer Success Management in a Digital Business Model environment.
• Direct or indirect people management experience is essential, with interest in developing organizations and growing teams.
• Experience in B2B/B2C; SaaS background is highly meritorious.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in systems and digital solutions.
• Experience building or scaling structure and processes using digital tools during growth/change; able to operate strategically and hands-on.

• Guide, coach, and develop the Operations organization (CSM, Delivery, and Customer Support).
• Own daily operational delivery — onboarding — ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency across B2B/B2G/B2C.
• Drive modernization of processes, systems, and working methods for international expansion.
• Follow up on KPIs and use data-driven insights to launch improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the ePARK Management Team on strategic direction and growth plans.

What you would do as our Manager – Operations & Customer Success

The Operations & CSM Manager at ePARK is a strategically important leadership role reporting directly to the Head of ePARK, responsible for the daily operational performance of the company's Delivery and Customer Support functions. Initially focused on the Swedish market, the role will play a key part in scaling ePARK's operational structure as the company expands across several European markets.

The role involves regular travelling within Europe

You would also:

• Guide, coach, and develop the Operations organization, existing of Customer Success & Delivery & Customer Support team.
• Own daily operational delivery — including B2B/B2G customer onboarding — ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency across B2B, B2G, and B2C.
• Drive modernization of processes, systems, and ways of working, building scalable digital structures to support international expansion.
• Follow up on KPIs and use data-driven insights to identify problems and launch concrete improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with the ePARK Management Team, contributing directly to the company's strategic direction and growth plans.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Has mínimum 5 years of experience within Operations and/or Customer Success Management in a Digital Business Model environment.
• Previous experience in direct or indirect people management is essential, but even more your interest in developing organizations and growing high performing teams.
• Has proven experience from B2B and/or B2C businesses; SaaS industry background (especially as CSM or in a similar operational leadership role) is highly meritorious.
• Has strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in systems and digital solutions.
• Has experience building or scaling structure, processes, and ways of working through digital tools and platforms during periods of growth or change and is comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands‑on operational level.

Success in this role requires a confident, structured people-manager who can create clarity and direction even in a fast-changing environment. The ideal person combines a profound knowledge of Operations & CSM with strong people leadership with the ability to build trust across different teams and functions, balancing empathy with accountability. They should be genuinely driven by creating impact — someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into scalable structure, communicates clearly across both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership while still staying close to day‑to‑day operations.
