Job summary

Cota Robotics is seeking a hands-on Operations role to work directly with the Head of Operations. You will manage store rollouts from site prep to handover, be in stores with customers, train staff, and resolve issues on the spot. You will also help build checklists and processes to accelerate future launches.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment, demonstrate strong people skills, and are willing to travel across Sweden and Finland to ensure successful deployments.

About the role

You’ll work directly with our Head of Operations to get robots into stores and keep them running. New store launches, first deployments, and on-site problem solving are all part of the job. This is the best seat in the house if you want to learn how a robotics company actually works.

What you’ll do

• Run store rollouts end to end, including site prep, install, first shifts, and handover

• Build the checklists and processes that make the next launch faster

What we’re looking for

• High agency, with a tendency to see the gap and close it without being asked

• Good with people, including store managers on a busy day

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, unfinished environment where the plan changes

• Willing to travel to stores in Sweden and Finland
