Job summary

Cota Robotics is seeking a hands-on Operations role to work directly with the Head of Operations. You will manage store rollouts from site prep to handover, be in stores with customers, train staff, and resolve issues on the spot. You will also help build checklists and processes to accelerate future launches.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment, demonstrate strong people skills, and are willing to travel across Sweden and Finland to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train store staff and engage with customers.

• Willingness to travel to stores in Sweden and Finland.

Responsibilities

• Run store rollouts end to end, including site prep, install, first shifts, and handover.
• Be in stores with customers, training staff and fixing issues as they arise.
• Build the checklists and processes that speed up future launches.
