Job summary

Swedish Match is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to deploy and sustain OPEN+ systems in our manufacturing environment. You will coach leaders and teams to strengthen ownership and performance, facilitate capability-building activities, and support loss elimination processes across functions.

The role focuses on using data insights to drive improvements, collaborating with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Services to deliver sustainable results in a smoke-free future.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments.
• Proven experience leading or supporting change and improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use performance data and insights to drive actions and business results.
• Experience coaching individuals, facilitating workshops, and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain OPEN+ systems, standards, and methodologies across the factory.
• Coach leaders and operational teams to strengthen ownership, accountability, and performance.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capability-building activities.
• Support Daily Direction Setting, Autonomous Maintenance, Problem Solving, and Loss Elimination processes.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Services teams on improvement initiatives.
