Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group is seeking a Process Engineer in Malmö. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through quality reporting, waste elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing OEE performance, overseeing the Production Stock Area, and collaborating with various teams to enhance manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills in both Swedish and English and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability in operational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own OEE Performance Reporting and ensure accurate calculation.
• Drive process improvement by partnering with production teams.
• Manage the Production Stock Area and maintain accurate data.
• Support and coach teams on waste identification and elimination.

Skills

Strong communication skills (Swedish and English)

Analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to coach and train others

Proficiency in MS Office

Familiar with structured methodologies (Fishbone, 5-Why, RCA)

Education

2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

Tools
