- Lead daily production operations to meet performance objectives.
- Coach and develop team to improve capability, engagement, and accountability.
- Drive safety culture and ensure regulatory and company compliance.
- Monitor production performance using KPIs and take corrective actions.
- Identify and eliminate losses through structured problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
- Lead change initiatives and implement new ways of working.
- Contribute to business strategy deployment and long-term operational excellence.
