Overview
Are you an Out-of-Home (OOH) expert ready to champion the next generation of data-driven, connected media? Are you a naturally curious problem-solver who loves to challenge the status quo and find new ways of working? At Publicis Groupe, we believe in creativity, collaboration, and courage. We are looking for a visionary and highly skilled OOH & Print Manager who wants to be a driving force in our ongoing transformation journey, taking a leading role in building and shaping innovative OOH campaigns and strategies with a strong focus on DOOH, Connected Media, and programmatic.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Champion holistic outdoor strategies that maximize effective reach and frequency across both classic analog formats and digital screens, alongside print strategies and activations, ensuring alignment with broader cross-channel plans and client business goals.
- Act as an internal thought leader, constantly seeking new automated approaches and challenging traditional ways of working within OOH.
Campaign Management & Platform Execution
- Full ownership of the campaign lifecycle. Take briefs from client teams and seamlessly translate them into strategic media placement, asset management, distribution, and complete activation from launch to post-buy analysis.
- Oversee, plan, and execute any traditional print strategies, media bookings, and activations tailored to your clients' needs.
- Drive the adoption of programmatic OOH (pDOOH), leveraging data-driven audience segmentation and modern DSPs/SSPs to optimize reach and impact.
- Oversee and execute advanced campaign setup, planning, budgeting, and negotiation with media owners (OOH, DOOH, and Print), ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Programmatic Specialists and client managers to ensure optimal platform execution and seamless, integrated media strategies.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of location data, foot traffic, screen performance, and print circulation to generate actionable insights and prepare high-impact client reports.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients, translating technical metrics, reach/frequency data, and programmatic mechanics into clear business outcomes.
Qualifications
Profile & Mindset
We believe you are genuinely curious about the evolving media landscape and passionate about exploring how data, technology, and location-based insights can transform traditional OOH. You combine this curiosity with an analytical mindset, enabling you to turn complex location and audience data into sharp performance improvements.

- The Collaborator: You naturally lead by example. You enjoy sharing knowledge, troubleshooting tech setups, and working closely with programmatic specialists and client teams to elevate the collective output.
- The Strategist & Doer: You enjoy working both conceptually and hands‑on, balancing big‑picture omnichannel vision with flawless operational execution.
