Job summary

Sharp Brains in Göteborg, Sweden seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, manage office IT infrastructure, and oversee asset management. The role includes troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, and coordinating with remote technical teams and vendors.

You will handle end-user issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux, support network and office technology, and assist with site moves and technology deployments. Strong communication and independent work are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and Linux desktops, laptops, and devices.
• Knowledge of basic LAN/Wi‑Fi networking, switches/routers is a plus.
• Experience with asset management and inventory control processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure equipment.
• Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets; conduct inventory audits.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure projects; coordinate with vendors and remote teams.
