Job summary

NCC AKTIEBOLAG seeks a Steel Site Manager for a major project in Gällivare, Sweden. You will oversee site operations, directing production, schedules, and safety while coordinating with LKAB and subcontractors on the Vitåfors beneficiation plant project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading site operations and construction teams.
• Strong expertise in steel structures and structural steel construction.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan site production activities.
• Ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; manage material delivery flows.
• Monitor project finances, forecasts, and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
