Job summary

NCC is seeking a Steel Site Manager for the Vitåfors project near Gällivare in northern Sweden. You will lead site operations, drive production, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met through close collaboration with LKAB, subcontractors, and clients.

You will plan weekly work, manage budgets, monitor progress, and maintain strong stakeholder relations. The role requires at least five years in large-scale construction, expertise in steel structures, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, civil engineering, or large infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading site operations and construction teams.
• Strong expertise in steel structures and structural steel construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan site production activities.
• Ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage production planning, weekly work plans, and material flow.
• Monitor project finances, forecasts, and performance.
