Job summary

NCC AB seeks a Steel Site Manager for the Gällivare project in northern Sweden, in collaboration with LKAB. You will oversee site operations and lead production planning to achieve schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.

The role requires strong leadership, steel structures expertise, and a proven track record in large-scale projects. On-site presence in Gällivare is required, with potential travel options across Sweden.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in construction, civil engineering, industrial, or large-scale infra projects.
• Proven experience leading site operations and construction teams.
• Strong expertise in steel structures and structural steel construction.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan site production activities.
• Ensure delivery according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage production planning, weekly work plans, and material delivery flows.
• Monitor project finances, forecasts, and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
