Job summary

Air Liquide seeks a strategic Stock & Assets Manager for the Nordics, enabling optimization of mobile asset lifecycles and leading the S&OP process across the region. You will drive cost efficiency, asset availability, and cross-border transfers to meet customer and market needs.

The role requires a Master’s or Engineering degree, 5+ years in supply chain, strong data analytics, and stakeholder leadership, with English fluency; Swedish is a plus. Malmö or Horsens base with Nordic scope.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management.
Strong background in operating S&OP processes and managing supply and demand across short- and long-term horizons.
Ability to translate large datasets into actionable financial insights using ERP systems and connected tools.
Experience in change management, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and managing high-level stakeholders.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for the Nordics, overseeing end-to-end sales and supply loops and executive planning.
Optimize asset management to ensure high asset availability at the lowest total cost, including cross-border asset transfers and gas service changes.
Drive stock and inventory performance by defining targets, reviewing offers, and coordinating reallocations across the region.
Oversee lifecycle management and retesting, from mid-to-long-term planning to weekly production scheduling, including warehousing of retesting components.
