Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
• Oversee daily workflow, ensuring tasks are prioritised and delivered efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage escalations, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the sales teams to anticipate customer needs within compliance and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, and procurement.

• Support successful implementation of European Quotes & Tender initiatives in the Nordic region.

• Ensure submissions meet Nordic procurement regulations, contractual obligations, and governance standards.
• Review and validate pricing, cost models, and commercial proposals prior to submission.
• Manage tender timelines, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.
• Identify risks, compliance gaps, and commercial opportunities within bids.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on bid strategy and execution.
