Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Supervisor to lead the Quotes & Tender team in Helsingborg, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery of objectives, and maintaining compliance.

You will coach and develop a Nordic team, collaborate with Sales, manage tenders, pricing, and contracts, and drive process improvements while meeting deadlines.

Hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote supports a fast-paced, high-performance culture in the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of procurement and tendering processes within the Nordic environment.
• Experience working in a commercial, bids, or operational environment.
• Familiarity with procurement frameworks and compliance requirements in the Nordics.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role preferred.
• High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Resilience and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
• Oversee daily workflow, ensuring tasks are prioritised and delivered efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs and service level agreements.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage escalations, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the sales teams to anticipate customer needs and implement them in the best possible way, all while ensuring adherence to internal compliance and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, and procurement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
• Support successful implementation of European Quotes & Tender initiatives in the Nordic region.
• Show proactive interest in general industry trends and their impact on our local and regional sales activities, especially in offer preparation, contract management, and tender processes.
• Oversee the end-to-end tendering and quotation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
• Ensure all submissions meet Nordic procurement regulations, contractual obligations, and governance standards.
• Review and validate pricing, cost models, and commercial proposals prior to submission.
• Manage tender timelines, ensuring all deadlines consistently met.
• Identify risks, compliance gaps, and commercial opportunities within bids.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on bid strategy and execution.
