ASSA ABLOY Group in Göteborg seeks a Technical Sales Support Specialist to act as the technical expert for industrial and residential garage door solutions. You will guide customers, dealers, and internal teams through the entire journey with strong product knowledge and communication.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, collaboration across Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service, and regional travel to support training and technical meetings.

Qualificações

• Higher education in a technical field or equivalent through professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales support, technical consulting, or a related role.
• Proven experience within the industrial door and/or residential garage door industry.
• Strong technical understanding of door systems, applications, and installation requirements.
• Experience working with dealer networks and indirect sales channels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing customer requirements and recommending suitable technical solutions.
• Providing expert technical support to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
• Explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
• Supporting the resolution of technical issues and product inquiries.

• Acting as the primary technical contact during project execution and implementation.
• Collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, and Quality teams.
• Monitoring market trends, product developments, and industry innovations.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions, support cases, and projects.
• Traveling within the region to support customers, training activities, and technical meetings.
