ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Product Specialist for Swing Doors to support a broad portfolio across software, mechanics, electronics, and app/configuration tools. You will provide technical training and act as a key resource for business units, customers, and partners worldwide.

You will engage with R&D, supply chain, and factories to manage product changes, document processes, and help translate complex topics into practical solutions while ensuring compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a global and complex organization in technical support, product development, or R&D.
• Ability to understand products from a system perspective connecting software, electronics, mechanics, and integration.
• Experience turning complex technical topics into practical solutions for customers.
• Strong communication skills in English and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Independent, proactive, structured work style with ownership of technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support, expertise, and training to business units and customers worldwide as a trusted product specialist for Swing Door portfolio.
• Developing deep product expertise and acting as a key resource for teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Driving and coordinating product change management with R&D and Supply Chain.
• Collaborating with product teams, R&D, factories, and global stakeholders, feeding back customer insights and change requests.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation and training materials; delivering product training.
• Participating in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to enhance performance and user experience.
