Job summary

Rockfon, part of ROCKWOOL Group, seeks a Sustainability Manager Nordic to lead sustainability initiatives across the Nordic region, shaping the green transition for our acoustic products.

You will educate teams, drive circularity, and partner with sales and customers to advance certification schemes while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes. Expect travel across the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to sustainability and real impact.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role or as an auditor with a building materials background.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote content on Rockfon's sustainability initiatives across the Nordic region.
• Drive recycling and reuse initiatives and engage partners; advise sales and cross-functional teams on sustainability topics.
• Educate customers on relevant certification schemes and ensure Nordic regulatory compliance.
