Job summary

Foxway seeks a Group Climate & Circularity Manager to own and steer climate and circularity at group level from its HQ in Stockholm (Solna). This hands-on specialist role requires close collaboration across strategy, product, services, and commercial teams and involves regular travel to markets for meetings, conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Around 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in climate and circularity.
• Practical knowledge of GHG Protocol and carbon accounting.
• Experience with lifecycle assessments and avoided-emissions calculations.
• Understanding of circularity frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with business impact communication.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional or international projects.
• Master's degree in economics, sustainability, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop climate transition plan, targets, and carbon accounting.
• Own Product Carbon Footprint assessment including methodology and reporting use cases.
• Develop circularity strategy, targets, metrics, activities and reporting.
• Contribute to CSRD/ESRS reporting and data gathering for ESRS E1 and E5.
• Drive CDP disclosure process and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve climate and circularity performance.
• Represent Foxway in conferences, panels, and industry forums.
