Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Nordic Supply Planner on a fixed-term basis to cover parental leave from 1 December 2026 to 31 August 2027. You will plan and manage the supply flow for Wholesale across the Nordic markets, ensuring product availability and timely PO releases while partnering with Sales, Merchandising, and Logistics.

Ideal candidates are analytical, proficient with ERP and Excel, and fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in supply planning, demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Nordic wholesale supply plan and stock flow.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure PO accuracy and timely releases.
• Analyze supply and demand data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain data quality in ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Develop reports to support end-to-end planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Logistics.
