Job summary

Findus Sverige AB, part of Nomad Foods, seeks a Demand Planner in Malmö to drive forecasts, inventory and service levels for 700 SKUs across four Nordic markets. You will lead one planner and partner with Sales, Finance and Marketing to ensure accurate demand signals.

The role requires an MSc in a relevant field, strong planning tools knowledge, and fluency in Swedish and English. This fixed-term position with potential for permanency sits in a dynamic Nordic Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• MSc in Statistics/Math, Engineering, Business or other relevant academic degree within supply chain
• Strong knowledge in modern planning tools
• Very strong knowledge in Excel (PowerBI and PowerQuery is an advantage)
• Experience with SAP tools is considered an asset but not mandatory
• Experience in similar roles is a must
• Manager’s experience is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Persistent and thorough

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasts based on analysis of historical sales data with business input
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Marketing for inputs
• Manage stakeholders internal and external
• Propose and implement solutions to improve SC KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, BIAS and Service level
• Align with all departments and drive the S&OP agenda
• Be a strong leader with one direct report located in Malmö
• Coordinate with Central Supply Chain Team in UK for KPI tracking
