Job summary

Envanio Sweden, based in Gothenburg, seeks a Managing Director to lead its Swedish operations with strong P&L accountability, shaping strategic and operational plans and driving profitable growth.

You will build the Swedish management team, collaborate across Nordic markets and with the HQ in Germany, while advancing a culture of trust, accountability and continuous improvement, and traveling regularly within the region.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading international B2B/industrial teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate strategy into action.
• Experience with P&L management and budgeting.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational development of the Swedish business with full P&L responsibility.
• Translate group objectives into local KPIs and measurable results.
• Drive commercial development, profitable growth and expansion into new markets.
• Support strategic sales and key accounts with the Sales Manager.
• Lead, engage and develop the management team and organisation.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen the Center of Competence role and collaborate across the global organisation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
