TFS HealthScience is seeking a commercially driven Regional Manager to grow our Life Science Consulting and Strategic Resourcing Solutions business across Sweden and the Nordic region. You will lead sales, build pipeline, win new customers and close deals while also acting as consultant manager for your team.

Based in Sweden, preferably Stockholm, Lund or Gothenburg, you bring an established Nordic network and a proven track record in selling consulting or resource solutions to pharma, biotech,

Qualificações

• Documented experience selling consulting services or staffing solutions in life sciences.
• Established Swedish life science customer network.
• Track record of generating new business, pipeline, and closing deals.
• Experience in life science consultancy, CRO, FSP, or similar service business.

Responsabilidades

• Sell life science consulting and FSP solutions across the Nordic region.
• Develop and manage regional sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Lead consultant management, including onboarding and salary discussions.
• Negotiate proposals, terms, and service models with senior buyers.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
