Job summary

Nordnet Bank AB in Stockholm is seeking a Head of Workplace Experience to shape a productive, collaborative and well‑being oriented work environment. You will lead a team of four and own a Nordic workplace strategy that aligns with our values and sustainability ambitions.

You will partner with IT, Security and senior leaders to create inspiring spaces, drive employee engagement, manage services and vendor relations, and ensure a welcoming experience for guests across our Nordic offices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a leadership role focused on workplace experience, facilities or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategies into initiatives.
• Professional Swedish and English communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive an end-to-end workplace strategy for physical offices and employee services.
• Collaborate with IT and Security to align space with digital tools and safety.
• Coordinate with Nordic branches to align best practices region-wide.
• Oversee design, functionality and maintenance of all office spaces for diverse work styles.
• Lead employee experience and engagement initiatives and social activities.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-efficient delivery of services including catering, cleaning, security, and reception.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations with external partners.

About The Role

As our Head of Workplace Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a workplace that fosters productivity, collaboration, well-being, and a strong sense of community for all employees. You will lead the workplace team of 4 employees to ensure daily operations run smoothly, while taking ownership of a comprehensive workplace strategy aligned with Nordnet's core values, business objectives, and sustainability ambitions. In this role, you will empower and guide the workplace staff to curate an inspiring daily environment for our employees, while also ensuring that external guests receive an exceptional welcome. By maintaining workspaces that energize our team and impress our visitors, you will leave a lasting positive impact. Responsibilities

• Workplace Strategy: Develop and drive an end-to-end workplace strategy encompassing both physical office environments and employee services and amenities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with IT and Security to align physical space with digital tools and overall workplace safety.
• Nordic Coordination: Coordinate with colleagues across all Nordic branches to establish and align best practices region-wide.
• Physical Environment Management: Oversee the design, functionality, and maintenance of all office spaces to ensure an inspiring, flexible, secure, and comfortable environment catering to diverse working styles.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: Drive initiatives that boost employee engagement and well-being, including community-building efforts and social activities.
• Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality and cost-efficient delivery of operational services, including catering, cleaning, security, and reception operations.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Lead contract negotiations, evaluate performance, and manage strong relationships with external suppliers and service partners.

Your background

• Leadership & Industry Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role focused on workplace experience, facilities management, real estate, or a related field.
• Environment: Experience working within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization is highly valued.
• Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate long-term business strategies into actionable workplace initiatives that support company goals.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both Swedish and English.
