Job summary

Solenis Sweden AB is seeking a Corporate EHS Specialist to lead safety and compliance across Sweden and the Nordics. The role is field-based with remote work options and Nordic travel while supporting sites from Gothenburg to Stockholm and beyond.

You will implement EHS standards, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and train teams to ensure safe, compliant operations that protect people and the environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Safety Engineering.
• Relevant EHS certification aligned to Swedish requirements (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical environments.
• Fluent Swedish and English are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial teams and operations across Sweden and the Nordics.
• Drive implementation of EHS standards, programmes, and CI initiatives.
• Lead risk assessments, site inspections, and JSA processes.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver practical EHS training and promote a safety culture.
