Job summary

Solenis LLC is looking for a Corporate EHS Specialist based in Sweden to drive safety performance across the Nordics. This hands-on, field-based role requires a strong technical foundation and independent operational capability.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field, relevant EHS certification, and 3–5 years of experience in EHS within industrial environments. Fluent Swedish and English are mandatory.

You will support operations, conduct risk assessments, lead incident reporting, and deliver EHS training while working within a flexible, remote-first organization.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in EHS within industrial, manufacturing, or chemical environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of EHS fundamentals.
  • Experience with safety programmes (LOTO, confined space, hot work, ergonomics).

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial teams and operations across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
  • Drive implementation of Solenis EHS standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Deliver practical EHS training and coaching.
