Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking an EHS Engineer - Nordics to lead documentation and compliance efforts across the Nordic region. The role focuses on reviewing and updating EHS documents, ensuring adherence to Swedish regulations, and collaborating with service managers to reflect best safety practices.

You will analyze EHS data, generate reports for management, and help train staff. A strong background in environmental health and safety and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, OH&S, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in document development and management in Sweden.
• Electrical authorization.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and Sweden standards.
• Attention to detail; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with document management software and MS Office.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Swedish and English at C1; Finnish a plus.
• Right to work in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Review EHS documentation to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with service managers to reflect current safety and environmental practices in documents.
• Collect and analyze EHS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Generate reports on EHS compliance and performance for management.
• Create/update training material.
• Perform/coordinate audits.

• Manage emergency response plans and procedures.
