Job summary

Haleon in Sweden is looking for a Category Analyst to analyze market trends, consumer behavior and sales data to drive business strategies across the Nordics and to support senior leadership with actionable insights. The role is a 12-month contract within the Nordic Category Management team, focusing on harmonizing sell-out reporting for retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics or related.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to run ad hoc deep dives.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain Nordic dashboards to track consumption performance and market shares.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities.
• Ensure consistent tracking of new product launches and support data-driven storytelling.
• Be the central point for data harmonization and improvements across teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and commercial excellence to enhance data usage.
• Drive marketing effectiveness analysis, especially for the D-Com channel.
