Job summary

Findus Sverige Aktiebolag in Malmö seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Nordic Commercial Finance team. You will own parts of the Nordic P&L, translate performance into actionable insights, and partner with Sales and Finance to drive decisions.

You will handle forecasting, budgeting, month-end activities, and KPI reporting while strengthening controls and governance across finance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Graduate Finance degree.
Experience in a fast-paced finance team (ideally in Commercial Finance).
Experience managing trade spend, and variance analysis, plus KPI reporting.
Strong financial analysis experience with large data sets.
Good communication and written skills with the ability to engage people at all levels.
Constructively challenge assumptions and thinking.

Responsibilities

Own and oversee selected areas of the Nordic P&L and understand performance drivers.
Analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast and prior year; explain variances.
Provide insightful monthly financial analysis and commentary to Finance and commercial stakeholders.
Develop KPIs and analyses to improve visibility of business performance.
Partner with Sales and other Commercial teams to support fact-based decision-making.
Lead Nordic forecasting, budget and strategic planning processes.
Coordinate with FP&A and Shared Finance; support month-end and year-end closing.
Review financial data, accruals and provisions for accuracy.
Maintain and improve controls across processes and ensure timely reporting.
