Job summary

Amazon in Eskilstuna is seeking a Network Deployment Build Lead to drive the expansion and deployment of next‑generation networking in our data centers. You will work with a team of network engineers, hardware specialists, and operations staff to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost‑efficient designs across multiple sites.

The role requires hands‑on experience with enterprise networks, cabling infrastructure, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or a relevant certification with hands-on networking experience.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls.
Familiarity with network cabling standards, optic types, and testing tools.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Scaling support of several data center locations.
Responsible for day‑to‑day assistance with capacity management.
Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate rollout of designs and products.
Deliver simple, sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes.
Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
Participate in migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
