Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a Data Center Operations role based in Sweden. The position requires hands-on management of mission-critical infrastructure, with rotation shifts to cover 24/7 data center operations. You will diagnose hardware and network issues, perform repairs, and escalate as needed.

Candidates should have 1+ years of technical experience, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 18kg. A valid EU driving license is required for locations with limited public transport.

Qualifications

1+ years of technical experience.
General knowledge of troubleshooting server hardware issues.
Basic networking experience.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, displaying excellent time management skills.
Ability to take direction from both a directed work system and/or a team lead.
Able to lift/move up to 18kg equipment.
Basic networking knowledge.
Valid EU driving license.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
Troubleshooting events within internal SLAs.
Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures.
Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required.
Working rotating shifts (morning/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment.
