Job summary

Saab AB in Solna is seeking a Tender Manager / Project Manager to support EU and NATO-related initiatives within Saab Dynamics. The role involves coordinating capture and bid activities, building processes, tools, and templates for a new NATO/EU Affairs team, and working with multiple Business Units and external partners.

The position requires several years of experience in tender or project management, collaboration across international stakeholders, and a proactive, structured mindset.

Qualifications

• Few years of relevant experience in tender management, bid management, capture management or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Units in assessing and pursuing relevant EU and NATO opportunities.
• Coordinate capture and bid activities from early opportunity assessment through proposal submission.
• Develop and maintain capture plans, stakeholder maps, action plans, proposal timelines and other supporting material.
• Contribute to building the NATO/EU team's processes, tools, templates and ways of working.
• Develop practical tools and guidance to help Business Units navigate EU and NATO opportunities.
• Capture feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve how the team supports the Business Units.
• Prepare decision material and recommendations for senior stakeholders regarding bid participation.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable EU and NATO funding, reporting and audit requirements.
• Build strong working relationships across Saab and with relevant external stakeholders.
